▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-elasticity polyvinyl chloride reflective film involves coating first modified resin layer and arranging on one side of the polyvinyl chloride film to obtain a bead-planting layer. The bead-planting layer is baked at 100-130℃ for 30-35 minutes, and the modified glass micro-beads are planted on the first modified resin layer by plant technology, and the modified glass micro-beads are partially embedded in the bead-planting layer to obtain PVC beaded film, plated a layer of metal aluminum with a purity of 99.99% on the non-beaded side of the polyvinyl chloride bead-planting film to form a reflective layer. The second modified resin layer is coated and arranged on one side of the PET film, and bonded with the reflective layer, then hot-pressed on a heat sealing machine to form a composite film. The PET film is peeled off after the composite film is cooled to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing high-elasticity polyvinyl chloride reflective film used for road mark, truck body identification, clothes with warning function and as reverse reflecting material which can be directly applied to film. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which has high strength, and good elasticity.
