▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophobic lipophilic sponge, involves soaking the sponge in ethanol and deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning, then drying and setting aside, preparing graphen oxide by the modified hummers method involves adding graphene oxide powder to water and ultrasonically dispersing, placing a clean sponge block into the graphene oxide dispersion, releasing it by extrusion, and then impregnating to ensure that the sponge is oxidized graphite. The olefin suspension is completely wetted and dried at 60 degrees C for 3 hour, after 1-3 coatings, a graphene oxide-coated melamine sponge is obtained. The graphene-coated melamine sponge is placed in a volume ratio of 5-20 wt.% cetyltrimethoxysilane/ethanol, immersed at 20-80 degrees C for 5 hours, and then taken out to an oven at 120-180 degrees C. The reaction is carried out for 3-12 hours, and finally a hydrophobic lipophilic reduced graphene oxide-melamine sponge is obtained. USE - Method enables to prepare hydrophobic and lipophilic sponge which is used for adsorbing various oils and organic solvents(claimed). ADVANTAGE - Method enables to prepare hydrophobic and lipophilic sponge that short reduction cycle, environmentally friendly materials and easy to achieve large-scale industrial production.
