▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A visible light responsive bismuth vanadate/titania/graphene oxide ternary composite photocatalyst comprises 10-30 wt.% bismuth vanadate, 20-40 wt.% titania, and 30-50 wt.% graphene oxide. USE - Visible light responsive bismuth vanadate/titania/graphene oxide ternary composite photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The visible light responsive bismuth vanadate/titania/graphene oxide ternary composite photocatalyst is prepared easily by simple process at low cost. The structure and properties of the composite photocatalyst are easily controlled by changing the reaction and heat treatment conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of visible light responsive bismuth vanadate/titania/graphene oxide ternary composite photocatalyst, which involves (i) preparing a suspension (A) containing bismuth vanadate nanoparticles, and a suspension (B) containing a titania sol gel and an oxidized graphene, (ii) mixing suspension (A) and suspension (B), heat-treating, separating, and drying to obtain bismuth vanadate/titania/ oxidized graphene composite product, (iii) suspending bismuth vanadate/titania/ oxidized graphene composite product in short chain alcohol, adding reductant, hydrothermally reacting, and drying.
