NOVELTY - Process for producing anti-aging window scraper, involves (i) taking methyl vinyl silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, silane coupling agent, toluene diisocyanate, white carbon black, fumed silica, zinc oxide, antioxidant, heat stabilizer and crosslinking agent, (ii) mixing methyl vinyl silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber, cooling to obtain mixed silicone rubber, sending mixed silicone rubber to internal mixer, adding hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, silane coupling agent, white carbon black, fumed silica, zinc oxide, antioxidant and heat stabilizer, mixing, cooling, adding toluene diisocyanate and crosslinking agent, mixing, discharging glue, unloading sheet, and cooling, (iii) extruding rubber compound into strip through screw extruder, (iv) sending extruded semi-finished product to oven for preheating, and vulcanizing, (v) cooling, and (vi) wrapping a coating layer on surface of semi-finished window scraper. USE - The process is useful for producing anti-aging window scraper. ADVANTAGE - The anti-aging window scraper is not prone to aging, hardening and cracking, and has reduced friction with glass surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for producing anti-aging window scraper, involves (i) preparing raw materials by taking 60-70 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 25-30 pts. wt. fluorosilicone rubber, 6-8 pts. wt. hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.12-0.15 pt. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 3-5 pts. wt. white carbon black, 2-3 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 2-4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, (ii) mixing methyl vinyl silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber at a high speed at a temperature of 115-125 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, transferring to 10-20 degrees C environment for cooling treatment for 3-5 hours to obtain a mixed silicone rubber, sending the mixed silicone rubber to an internal mixer, adding hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, silane coupling agent, white carbon black, fumed silica, zinc oxide, antioxidant and heat stabilizer, mixing at 100-105 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, continuously mixing at 115-120 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, cooling to 105-108 degrees C, adding toluene diisocyanate and crosslinking agent, continuously mixing for 7-10 minutes, mixing at high speed and 140-155 degrees C for 6-8 minutes, discharging the glue, unloading the sheet after mixing with an open mill, and cooling, (iii) extruding the rubber compound mixed in step (ii) into a strip through a screw extruder, (iv) sending the extruded semi-finished product to an oven at 80-85 degrees C for preheating, placing the pre-heated extruded semi-finished product in a vulcanizing mold, and vulcanizing at a pressure of 160-180 kgf/cm2 and 170-180 degrees C for 4-8 minutes, (v) cooling after vulcanization to obtain a semi-finished window scraper, and (vi) wrapping a coating layer on the surface of the semi-finished window scraper to obtain a finished window scraper.
