NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing and coating metal solid lubricant into a basic material surface (S101). The basic material surface is heat-treated (S102) if the metal solid lubricant is coated on the basic material surface. Graphene is growed (S103) in the metal solid lubricant through CVD alloy using catalyst. The metal solid lubricant is included with silver, gold and copper. A regular pattern is formed in the basic material surface through process of roll to roll printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, stamping and imprinting. USE - Method for manufacturing a low friction element for forming a graphene pattern in engine parts of an automobile industry by using metal solid lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The method enables prepare complex lubricant by mixing the metal solid lubricant and the graphene so as to easily form an irregular graphene pattern by using the metal solid lubricant even when utilizing graphite material as base material.
