▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene (152) is transferred to polymeric substrate (116) by heating polymeric substrate to partially melt polymeric substrate, compressing partially melted polymeric substrate against graphene to form intermediate graphene composite, and cooling intermediate graphene composite to bond graphene to polymeric substrate. USE - Transferring of graphene to polymeric substrate for device substrate preparation (claimed). Can be used for manufacture of bonded products used in biomedical applications, composite materials, photovoltaic cells, and optical-electronic and electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - After removing copper growth substrate by peeling or electrochemical delamination, a two-dimensional final graphene-polymer product with excellent bonding properties can be produced without etching. The three-dimensional final graphene-polymer-graphene product exhibits high binding energy between graphene and polymeric substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus for transferring graphene to polymeric substrate comprising heater for heating polymeric substrate to partially melt polymeric substrate, pressure device for compressing partially melted polymeric substrate against graphene to form intermediate graphene composite, and cooling device for cooling intermediate graphene composite to bond graphene to polymeric substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the front view of a top graphene composite comprising graphene grown on a copper growth substrate.
