NOVELTY - Preparing polytetrafluoroethylene composite rotary control head seal comprises uniformly mixing 65-75 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. thermally conductive carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. polyfluoroethylene propylene, 2-5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 2-4 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 2 -4 pts. wt. copper powder, 2-5 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone fiber, 0-3 pts. wt. graphene and 0-2 pts. wt. alumina to obtain a mixed powder, molding the mixed powder to obtain the blank , and sintering the blank at high temperature to obtain a polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, and subjecting polytetrafluoroethylene composite material to mechanical processing and performing heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing polytetrafluoroethylene composite rotary control head seal. ADVANTAGE - The control head sealing has excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance, has high sealing performance and long service life.
