NOVELTY - Preparation of zinc oxide or graphene composite material involves dispersing oxidized graphite in water to obtain oxidized graphene solution, adding sulfuric acid to solution, dispersing mixture to obtain mixed solution, transferring mixed solution to reaction vessel at 160-260 degrees C for 18-30 hours, and washing to obtain three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide at 190-220 degrees C for 20-24 hours; and dissolving zinc salt in deionized water, adding precipitating agent, stirring to obtain soaking solution, and putting three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide into solution. USE - Method for preparing zinc oxide or graphene composite material used for resisting gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent performance, good selectivity, high sensitivity, good stability and fast response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of zinc oxide or graphene composite material comprises dispersing oxidized graphite in water to obtain oxidized graphene solution, adding sulfuric acid to solution, dispersing mixture to obtain mixed solution, transferring mixed solution to reaction vessel at 160-260 degrees C for 18-30 hours, and washing to obtain three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide at 190-220 degrees C for 20-24 hours; dissolving zinc salt in deionized water, adding precipitating agent, stirring to obtain soaking solution, putting three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide into solution, soaking at 3-40 degrees C for 1 day or 10-30 degrees C for 1-3 days, transferring solution and three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide to hydrothermal reactor and reacting at 80-160 degrees C for 2-12 hours, preferably at 100-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours, washing product and drying to obtain zinc oxide or graphene composite material; and calcining composite process to get precursor at 250-550 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, preferably at 300-500 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature.
