▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene sensor preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in solvent to form stable dispersion of graphene oxide. Metal wire material is allowed for surface functionalization process, the metal nanowires are stably dispersed in dispersion. The surface treated functionalization metallic nanowires, is added to dispersion, mixed to obtain graphene oxide and metallic nanowires mixture, followed by stirring to form a mixture of metal wrapped with graphene oxide nanowire structures, and utilizing nanowire structures as a sensitive material, to obtain graphene oxide sensor. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor increases sensitive characteristic of device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An oxidized graphene sensor preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent to form a stable dispersion of graphene oxide. Metal wire material is allowed for metallic nanowires surface functionalization process, the metal nanowires are stably dispersed in graphene oxide dispersion and affinity with graphene oxide. The surface treated functionalization metallic nanowires, is added to the graphene oxide dispersion, mixed to obtain graphene oxide and metallic nanowires mixture, followed by stirring at 30-200 degrees C for 1-300 minutes to form a mixture of metal wrapped with graphene oxide nanowire structures and mixed solution to obtain non-conductive film, which does not form a continuous current path between the metallic nanowires, and utilizing metal wrapped with graphene oxide nanowire structures as a sensitive material, to obtain graphene oxide sensor.
