▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method involves adding alloy elements to obtain aluminum liquid under the condition of 750-780 degrees Celsius, after melting the aluminum ingot. The aluminum liquid is stirred. The reinforcing agent and alloy are added at 750-780 degrees Celsius for 25-50min. The slag cleaning agent is added to remove slag respectively. The mold is preheated to 200-220 degrees Celsius to keep warm. The temperature of molten aluminum is lowered to 740 degrees Celsius. The molten aluminum is casted into the mold to obtain aluminum alloy rods after hot extrusion. The aluminum alloy rod is drawn to obtain a super heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire respectively. USE - Preparation method of superheat-resistant aluminum alloy wire used in power transmission process. ADVANTAGE - The reinforcing agent is added in the preparation process based on graphene, thus the graphene enhances the electrical conductivity and strength properties of the alloy material. The compatibility of superheat-resistant aluminum alloy wire with the alloy material is improved. The superheat-resistant aluminum alloy wire has better interfacial bonding, so as to give full play to the performance of graphene in the alloy.
