▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing vertically oriented graphene oxide nanosheets using facile heating method comprises: (a) preparing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion; (b) pouring the prepared dispersion in step (a) into the container (1) and then allowing to stand until a film is formed on the surface of the solution (4) and then sealing the container with a lid (3); (c) placing the container onto a digital hotplate (2) and then heating the solution without disturbing until vertically oriented graphene sheets (6) form on the surface of the solution; and (d) collecting the produced vertically oriented graphene sheets from the surface of the solution by sliding a substrate through the solution and then drying at ambient temperature, where in the step (a), the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion has a concentration of 0.05 mg/ml and has a pH of 4 and in step (c), and the solution is heated to a temperature of 110-140 degrees C for 3-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing vertically oriented graphene oxide nanosheets (claimed) which is used in many applications based on its vertical morphology in the areas of sensors, surface science, field emission, and for various purposes in the nanotechnology including sensitive infrared detection. ADVANTAGE - The method: is cost-effective, less complexity and large-scale synthesis approach; does not require any complex steps or sophisticated equipment; produces the vertical sheets in a large area with low power consumption and without the requirement of high-voltage or high pressure during the preparation; produces good quality vertical graphene sheets; and is simple, easy, and one-step and inexpensive.
