NOVELTY - Preparing large-scale graphene technology, comprises eliminating impurity gases and pumping catalytic gas into a vacuum chamber, setting graphene growth temperature corresponding to heating period of a heating device in a graphene growth foil belt, pumping carbon source gas and controlling chamber pressure, heating graphene growth foil belt along the relative movement direction via the heating device, completing the growth of graphene on graphene growth foil belt, removing out from the heating device, and utilizing fast cooling device to cool the graphene growth foil belt to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing large-scale graphene technology (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can achieve quick, continuous and large-scale industrial production of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing large-scale graphene technology, comprises: (a) eliminating impurity gases in a vacuum chamber, and pumping a catalytic gas into the vacuum chamber, (b) setting graphene growth temperature corresponding to heating period of a heating device in a graphene growth foil belt; (c) pumping a carbon source gas into the vacuum chamber, and controlling the pressure in the vacuum chamber to set the graphene growth pressure; and (d) driving the heating device and the graphene growth foil belt along relative movement, enabling the heating device to gradually heat the graphene growth foil belt along the relative movement direction relative to the graphene growth foil belt, completing the growth of graphene on the graphene growth foil belt, removing out from the heating device, and utilizing fast cooling device to cool the graphene growth foil belt to room temperature.
