NOVELTY - The sensor has sample cell opening formed in upper surface of housing. A back gate electrode (6) is arranged on lower surface of insulating substrate (5). An antibody-modified graphene layer (4) is formed on top surface of substrate. A source (7) and a drain (3) are formed on left and right sides of graphene layer. A closed sample cell side wall (2) is fixed in the middle of the graphene layer. The tip of sample cell wall is sealed with the opening of sample cell on the shell (1), to constitute a package of samples. USE - Graphene sensor is useful for rapid detection of Gram-negative bacterial lipopolysaccharide. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method can realize stable, batch and low cost preparation of graphene-based biosensor, which promotes the high efficiency and precision of biological detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The antibody is modified by specifically binding factor C in limulus amebocyte lysate to Gram-negative bacterial endotoxin.
