NOVELTY - Preparation of low-friction ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene composite material comprises mixing graphene, carbon nanotube and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene powder, dispersing in ethanol/hexadecyl benzenesulfonate dispersant, sonicating for 30 minutes, ultrasonic stirring for 60 minutes, and vacuum drying to obtain composite powder; constructing three-dimensional hip arthroplasty model using CAD software, and subjecting to stratified slicing treatment; and performing selective laser sintering using preheated medical pure titanium substrate under protective atmosphere. USE - Method for preparing low-friction ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has excellent physical characteristics, and high wear resistance.
