NOVELTY - Preparation of environmentally-friendly sulfonated graphene involves preparing 1-2 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid by Hummers method, mixing ascorbic acid and oxidized graphite alkene in mass ratio of 8-12:1, adding sodium carbonate to solution, heating at 80-95 degrees C in water bath, with speed of 600 rpm and obtaining pre-reduction product solution, mixing diazo salt solution and pre-reduction product, reacting with speed of 600 rpm, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours and obtaining sulfonated product solution, mixing sulfonated product and sodium citrate, and then heating. USE - Preparation of environmentally-friendly sulfonated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides environmentally-friendly sulfonated graphene with high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of environmentally-friendly sulfonated graphene involves preparing 1-2 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid by Hummers method, mixing ascorbic acid and oxidized graphite alkene in mass ratio of 8-12:1, adding sodium carbonate to solution to adjust pH to 9-10, heating at 80-95 degrees C in water bath, with speed of 600 rpm for 2-4 hours and obtaining pre-reduction product solution, mixing diazo salt solution and pre-reduction product solution in volume ratio of 6-8:1 in ice bath, reacting with speed of 600 rpm, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours and obtaining sulfonated product solution, mixing sulfonated product and sodium citrate in mass ratio of 2-4:1, and then heating at 80-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours with speed of 600 rpm.
