NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength bearing involves mixing sodium sulfate, stearic acid and soybean lecithin with ratio of 1:10-12:14-16, adding deionized water, adjusting pH to 7.7-7.8 using aqueous ammonia, adding graphene, heating for 24-28 minutes, filtering to obtain precipitate (A), ball-milling for 1-2 hours to obtain powder (B), soaking in processing solution, stirring at constant temperature for 2-3 hours, filtering, drying, mixing 2-3 wt.% modified filler, 1.5-1.7 wt.% nickel, 0.4-0.44 wt.% carbon, 0.6-0.7 wt.% silicon, 0.4-0.48 wt.% chromium, 0.6-0.7 wt.% molybdenum, 1.6-1.7 wt.% manganese, 0.042-0.046 wt.% phosphorus, 0.012-0.013 wt.% sulfur, 0.003-0.004 wt.% boron, 0.02-0.026 wt.% copper, 0.0045-0.0055 wt.% cadmium and remainder of iron and unavoidable impurities, ball-milling, smelting, ultrasonically-treating at 2-3 cm, placing in vacuum induction furnace, smelting for 60-80 minutes, performing microwave activation treatment, pouring into mold, tempering, annealing and assembling. USE - Method for preparing bearing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high strength bearing with excellent tensile strength, impact strength, quality and prolonged service life.
