NOVELTY - Lead-acid storage battery corrosion resistant composite coating grid comprises 0.8-1.5 wt.% tin, 0.08-0.15 wt.% calcium, 0.01-0.04 wt.% aluminum, 0.002-0.004 wt.% grapheme, 0.015-0.06 wt.% alloy modifier and balance of lead. USE - Used as anti-corrosion composite coating grid of lead-acid storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The coating plate grid has good corrosion resistance and long service life under the high temperature environment. The silver improves the creep characteristics of alloy, reduces the sensitivity of the electrochemical corrosion passivation of the alloy and improves the conductivity of alloy corrosion layer, avoids the occurrence of battery early capacity loss, has stable gold phase structure, improves the casting performance and mechanical performance of alloy, and solves the hot crack problem in the slab lattice casting process. Silicon inhibits alloy grain boundary segregation, at the same time, improve the corrosion resistance of grain and grain boundary, reduce the corrosion of grain boundary and improve the stability of alloy grain, to improve the mechanical performance and conductive characteristics of the plate grid.
