▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water, and forming uniform dispersion by adjusting the pH to 4-5. A silane coupling agent is dissolved in ethanol, and coupling reaction is carried out after finishing reaction, cooling, centrifugal washing, and removal of unreacted coupling agent. The silane coupling agent is freezed and dried to obtain chemically modified graphene oxide. A carboxylated carbon nano-tube is mixed with thionyl chloride solvent for obtaining acyl chloride carbon nano-tube. A chemically modified graphene oxide is added into solvent and reflux temperature is raised to obtain graphene oxide grafted carbon nano tube. The reduced graphene oxide is grafted with carbon nano-tube, and sample electron beam irradiation is performed to obtain double functional layer polymer composite material. USE - Method for preparation of double functional layer polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding function layer is enabled to improve excellent shielding effect, and the composite material having excellent anti-aging performance and anti-salt mist performance is provided with wet heat resistance in severe environment such as moist heat and salt mist.
