NOVELTY - Energy-saving and environmentally friendly insulating varnish comprises 35-45 pts. wt. oligomer A, 12-15 pts. wt. modified novolac epoxy resin, 30-40 pts. wt. diluent monomer, 2-5 pts. wt. insulating performance modifier, 3-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. wetting agent. USE - The energy-saving and environmentally friendly insulating varnish is useful for ultraviolet curing enameled wire. ADVANTAGE - The insulating varnish has breakdown voltage of ≯ 40000 V, curing time of (≤ 5 seconds), does not need to volatilize the solvent (endothermic process) in the process of manufacturing enameled wires, and reduces energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of energy-saving and environmentally friendly insulating varnish, comprising adding oligomer, photoinitiator, defoamer and wetting agent into a reactor, stirring at 250-300 revolutions/minute, adjusting the temperature to 40-45℃, reacting for 45-55 minutes, slowly adding the insulating performance modifier, performing high-speed dispersion at 500-600 revolutions/minute for 30-45 minutes, fully reacting, adding the rest of the raw materials, reacting for 25-30 minutes, filtering and discharging.
