▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bionic modified hydrated alumina/graphene oxide nanocomposite flame retardant modified polyamide 56 comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into Tris buffer, sonicating cells, adding hydrated alumina, then adding dopamine hydrochloride, stirring the reaction at high speed, then centrifuging and drying to obtain bionic modified hydrated alumina/graphene oxide nanocomposite, (ii) reacting 1,5-pentanediamine and adipic acid in water under the protection of nitrogen to obtain polyamide 56 salt solution, where 1,5-pentanediamine is obtained by chemical catalytic decarboxylation of L-lysine or L-lysine hydrochloride, (iii) mixing bionic modified hydrated alumina/graphene oxide nanocomposite, 1,5-pentanediamine, molecular weight regulator and water to obtain mixed salt solution, and (iv) performing in-situ polymerization of mixed salt solution and polyamide 56 salt solution to obtain polyamide 56 polymer melt. USE - The method is useful for preparing bionic modified hydrated alumina/graphene oxide nanocomposite flame retardant modified polyamide 56. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant modified polyamide has excellent flame retardant performance, low cost, excellent mechanical properties, above 33% limiting oxygen index, flame retardant performance reaches UL-V94 and is environmental friendly.
