▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of composite emulsion as an anti-shrinking agent in cement-based material. USE - The composite emulsion is useful as an anti-shrinking agent in cement-based material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method slows down the loss of moisture inside the cement-based material mortar and avoids cracking caused by drying shrinkage, limits the shrinkage of the mortar, can provide growth sites for hydration products, and promotes the formation of regular and dense structures of hydration products in the form of templates to ensure the strength of cement-based materials, and fills the pores of the matrix and improves the early strength of cement-based materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing composite emulsion, comprising (i) performing first mixing of the first emulsifier, butyl acrylate, isobutyl trimethoxysilane and dispersant to obtain an oil phase, (ii) performing second mixing of graphene oxide, second emulsifier, sodium silicate, and water to obtain a aqueous phase, and (ii) adding the oil phase into the aqueous phase to perform an emulsification reaction, where there is no time sequence restriction between the steps; (2) used method of the method composite emulsion, comprising mixing the composite emulsion with cement-based materials and water to obtain cement mortar, and curing cement mortar; and (3) a cement-based material using composite emulsion as an anti-shrinking agent.
