NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphene powder, far infrared emitting agent, bonding agent and solvent. The mixed solution is extruded into a shaped mold and solidified into ethanol. The shaped mold is dried to obtain thickness 0.001mm-0.2mm of the graphite heating sheet. The graphite heating sheet is fixed between upper and lower surfaces of a flexible layer. Graphene heating layers are obtained. A bonding electrode layer is fixed between the graphene heating layers. The graphene heating layers are bonded by PVC film and Polyethylene film. USE - Double-heating-layer graphene electro-thermal film manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving graphene electro thermal film flexibility, conductivity, stability and electricity-heat transforming efficiency.
