NOVELTY - The graphene rapid heating method involves using infrared, microwave/light wave, laser and plasma energy, so that graphene from the inside began to heat and reach high temperature in short time, adjusting the reaction atmosphere, controlling the reaction on the graphene sheet, and deep processing graphene, where deep processing involves purification of graphene, and perforation or doping process. USE - Graphene rapid heating method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid heating of graphene with reduced energy, and improved energy utilization rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene purification method which involves using graphene raw materials, using the rapid heating method of graphene, adjusting the reaction atmosphere as protective atmosphere, removing the impurity functional group on the graphene sheet layer, and improving the purity of graphene; (2) graphene perforation method which involves using the graphene raw materials, using the rapid heating method of graphene, adjusting the reaction atmosphere as oxidizing atmosphere, and punching inside of the graphene sheet to prepare porous graphene products; and (3) graphene doping method, which involves using the graphene raw materials, using the rapid heating method of graphene, adjusting the reaction atmosphere as doping atmosphere, and doping graphene, where dopant atoms are nitrogen, sulfur, chlorine or fluorine, where rapid heating time range is 5-600 seconds, and heating power is 10-1000 watts.
