NOVELTY - A heat sink material has an insulating layer, a thermally-conductive layer, a heat-transfer layer, a heat-sink layer and a protective layer sequentially attached. The insulating layer comprises silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, silica, binder, kaolin, magnesium oxide, Dongyang soil, lightweight calcium material and rare-earth oxide. The thermally-conductive layer comprises graphene, carbon nanotubes and nano-carbon fibers. USE - Heat sink material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lightweight heat sink material has excellent insulation characteristics and heat dissipation characteristics, low coefficient of expansion and large thermal conductivity coefficient. The thermally-conductive layer comprises 80-95 parts mass graphene, 0.1-20 parts mass carbon nanotubes and 0.1-20 parts mass nano-carbon fibers.
