NOVELTY - Invention relates to measuring equipment and pertains to a tunnel helium-graphene optoacoustic receiver of infrared and THz emission. The receiver includes a body containing a system of an expansion chamber and a compensation chamber, wherein the chambers are filled with gas and separated by a washer-like partition with a flexible membrane made of single-layer graphene built into said partition. A collodion film with through porosity and with a metal absorbing element applied thereon is located inside the expansion chamber. A fixed tunnel electrode and an electrostatic actuator are located on the inner surface of the compensation chamber. The flexible membrane together with the tunnel electrode and the annular electrode of the electrostatic actuator form a tunnel displacement sensor. Edge perforation with microholes is made in the flexible membrane, providing the possibility of pneumatic connection of the expansion chamber with the compensation chamber. USE - Measuring equipment. ADVANTAGE - Higher sensitivity and operating stability of the apparatus, expanded dynamic range and increased speed. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
