NOVELTY - Water-based environmentally-friendly coating comprises 30 to 40 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 25 to 30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 5 to 8 pts. wt. composite emulsion, and a water-soluble polytetrafluoroethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersion, 6-8 pts. wt. modified filler, 5-8 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate, 1-2 pts. wt. antiseptic and antiseptic fungicide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5-1 pts. wt. silicone acrylate leveling agent. The water-based environmentally friendly coating is prepared by placing the aqueous acrylic resin in a 1000 revolution/minute in disperser, modified graphene is slowly added and stirred for 1 hours to obtain a first mixture. The aqueous polyurethane resin and the composite emulsion are ultrasonically dispersed in an ultrasonic system, ultrasonic power at 600 Watts for 15 minutes.
