▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The acoustic matching layer (14) has an amorphous carbon and carbon particles that are dispersed in the amorphous carbon. The content of the carbon particles is 40 mass% or less to the total mass of the acoustic matching layer. The carbon particle is selected from a scale-type carbon particle. The scale-type carbon particle is selected from the group consists of graphite and graphene. USE - Acoustic matching layer of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (claimed) such as medical ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus used for transmitting ultrasonic signal to object, and for receiving reflection signal such as echo signal from object to image object. ADVANTAGE - The new acoustic matching layer is capable of controlling the balance between sound velocity and density while reducing a change in acoustic impedance. The control of the sound velocity is facilitated. The average particle diameter of the carbon particles is 20 m or less so that the sedimentation of the carbon particle is suppressed, and the dispersion can be made easy. The acoustic lens is generally arranged to converge an ultrasonic beam by utilizing refraction to improve resolution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of the acoustic matching layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the cross-sectional view of the side surface of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. 10Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 12Acoustic lens 14Acoustic matching layer 16Piezoelectric element 18Backing material
