▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene oxide structures, comprises: heating a first composition comprising a first graphene oxide species at less than or equal to 150 degrees C in the absence of a chemical reagent capable of reacting with the first graphene oxide species, thus producing a second composition comprising a second graphene oxide species different from the first graphene oxide species. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene oxide structures (claimed) which are useful in an optoelectronic applications and renewable energy systems. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the compositions having relatively high oxygen content, even after annealing, thus allowing optical and/or electrical properties of the compositions to be easily modulated according to the needs of various optoelectronic applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composition, comprising: a graphene oxide species comprising a first set of domains comprising carbon atoms substituted with oxygen-containing groups and a second set of domains comprising carbon atoms that are substantially free of oxygen-containing groups, where the composition exhibits a sheet resistance of about less than or equal to 1x 10 ohms/sq.
