NOVELTY - Preparing silicon graphene/carbon cathode material of lithium ion battery involves taking certain proportion of graphene oxide powder and silicon tetrachloride, dissolving graphene oxide powder in alcohol with stirring to obtain first mixed solution then adding silicon tetrachloride in first mixed solution, after finishing reaction, drying product, grinding it to obtain intermediate silicon dioxide oxide graphene powder, putting silicon dioxide oxide graphene powder in crucible, calcining under protection of inert gas, insulating for multiple hours then cooling to room temperature to obtain intermediate silicon dioxide graphene powder, mixing silicon dioxide graphite alkene powder and metal magnesium powder uniformly and putting in crucible, calcining under protection of inert gas. USE - Method for preparing silicon graphene/carbon cathode material of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon graphene/carbon cathode material of lithium ion battery has good circulation stability and excellent multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Insulating for multiple hours then cooling to room temperature, washing obtained product with diluted hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water to adjust pH value, drying to obtain intermediate silicon graphene powder, putting silicon graphene powder into crucible under protection of argon gas/acetylene mixed gas, after heat preservation for some time at certain temperature cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
