NOVELTY - High-performance thermal conductive wire comprises a flexible graphene thermal conductive film and a substrate. The flexible graphene thermal conductive film includes 5-30% graphene oxide, 60-85% solvent, 1-5% wetting agent, 1-3% additives, 5-10% surfactant and 1-4% adhesive. The thermal conductivity of the wire is 783 W/(m/K). The surfactant includes sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and/or sodium glycocholate. The additive is 3- (trimethoxysilylpropyl) dimethyloctadecylammonium chloride and polyaniline proton acid. USE - Used as high-performance thermal conductive wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire has good heat shock resistant property, good flexibility and less mass. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-performance thermal conductive wire comprises a flexible graphene thermal conductive film and a substrate. The flexible graphene thermal conductive film includes 5-30% graphene oxide, 60-85% solvent, 1-5% wetting agent, 1-3% additives, 5-10% surfactant and 1-4% adhesive. The thermal conductivity of the wire is 783 W/(m/K). The surfactant includes sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and/or sodium glycocholate. The additive is 3-(trimethoxysilylpropyl) dimethyloctadecylammonium chloride and polyaniline proton acid. The wetting agent is a silane coupling agent and a leveling agent. The silane coupling agent is DW-56 silane coupling agent, DW-55 silane coupling agent or Z-6040 silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent and the leveling agent mass ratio is 1-1.4:1. The preparation of the flexible graphene thermal conductive film comprises dispersing the graphene oxide in the solvent, adding surfactants, wetting agents and additives, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain colloidal solution, spray coating or spin coating, making dry film thickness of 50-250 mu m, placing the resulting film under nitrogen or argon conditions, reducing at 800-2000 degrees C to obtain graphene thermal film, attaching the graphene thermal film to the base material containing adhesive side and rolling into line.
