NOVELTY - Acrylic sheet comprises 5 wt.% methyl cyanoformate, 3 wt.% chloromethyl acetate, 2 wt.% dimethacrylic acid diethanol, 5 wt.% fluorite powder, 2 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 8 wt.% nano-graphene, 5 wt.% nano-silicon carbide, 5 wt.% maleic anhydride, 5 wt.% trimethoxysilane, 5 wt.% magnesium stearate, 20 wt.% glass fiber, and 100 wt.% acrylic resin monomer, where the acrylic resin monomer comprises a mixture of polycarbonate resin and polymethyl methacrylate in a weight ratio of 1:9. The glass fiber is randomly interwoven and arranged into a honeycomb sheet structure. USE - Acrylic sheet. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic sheet has high strength, high-light transmitting and high toughness, and ensures simple manufacturing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the acrylic sheet, involving (a) adding methyl cyanoformate, chloromethyl acetate, dimethacrylic acid diethanol and acrylic resin monomer into a reaction kettle, heating at 120 degrees C, increasing the pressure to 2 MPa, stirrings for 3 hours, taking out acrylic molding compound, and dividing into two parts, (b) adding half of glass fiber to an inverted honeycomb mold, adding acrylic molding compound, adding other half of glass fiber, so that the glass fibers are randomly interwoven and arranged into a honeycomb sheet structure glass fiber sheet, and filling the glass fiber sheet into the acrylic plate mold, and (c) adding fluorite powder, nano-calcium carbonate, nano-graphene, nano-silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, magnesium stearate and acrylic molding compound into reaction kettle at 165 degrees C with a pressure of 35 MPa, continuously stirring for 2 hours, pouring into a mold to bond and solidifying with the glass fiber sheet to obtain the product.
