NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polythiophene-co-pyrrole/cobalt tetraoxide (Co3O4) electrode material comprises (i) soaking the nitrogen-sulfur-Co-Coated graphene oxide in the mixed solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, activating, washing and drying, transferring into dimethyl sulfoxide, converting the carboxy into acyl chloride, (ii) adding the modified -phenylenediamine-modified nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide to deionized water, mixing uniformly, injecting pyrrole monomer and thiophene monomer, adding iron carbonate, continuously stirring and reacting, (iii) dispersing N,N-dimethylformamide, dispersing uniformly, (iv) adding cobalt acetate aqueous solution and stirring uniformly, adjusting pH to 9, and (v) performing hydrothermal reaction. USE - The electrode material is useful in electrode of super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has stable process, easy operation, reliable quality, light weight, and good commercial prospect; and is economical and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polythiophene-co-pyrrole/cobalt tetraoxide electrode material prepared by the above-mentioned method; and preparing electrode for super capacitor, comprsing grafting the above-mentioned electrode material with nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene oxide, dispersing acetylene black and polytetrafluoroethylene in absolute ethanol, mixing, coating it on the foamed nickel surface and drying in vacuum at 60degrees Celsius, pressing the tablet to obtain the nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polythiophene-co-pyrrole/Co3O4 electrode, i.e. the electrode used in the supercapacitor.
