NOVELTY - The rotatable retractable solar sunroof has a sunroof mounting frame (1) that is fixedly mounted on a vehicle roof. A solar panel receiving component and a sunroof glass (11) are horizontally mounted in the sunroof mounting frame. The solar panel receiving component includes a solar panel accommodating case (2). The solar battery pack includes several solar panels (3) stacked vertically from top to bottom. A sunroof lifting assembly (5) is mounted between the sunroof mounting frame and the sunroof glass. The sunroof lifting assembly includes a horizontal cylinder (51) mounted oppositely. The piston rod is movably connected to the sunroof glass through an articulated rod (52). An electrolyte is injected between the photoanode and the composite counter electrode, and the composite counter electrode includes a conductive substrate. A graphene/platinum composite layer and a titanium dioxide reflective layer are sequentially coated on the conductive substrate. USE - Rotatable retractable solar sunroof.
