▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detection of odorous substance in water body, involves performing preliminary qualitative detection of unknown odorous water sample with using purge and trap-gas/mass spectrometer, synthesizing graphene oxide/cobalt-nickel layered double hydroxide as an adsorbent for micro-solid phase extraction, optimizing the adsorption conditions of micro-solid phase extraction for odorous substance contained in the water sample, performing micro-solid phase extraction on the water sample using the adsorbent, then performing gas chromatographic detection on the obtained analytical solution, drawing relationship curve between the chromatographic peak area and the analyte concentration using a working standard solution, and calculating the concentration of odorous substance in the analytical solution to obtain concentration of the odorous substance in the water sample. USE - Detection of odorous substance e.g. N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, 2,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde, methyl sulfide, 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and mesitylene in water body (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables detection of odorous substance in water body with high accuracy and sensitivity, and low detection limit.
