▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite nanofiber comprises layered silicate nanofibers, graphene and nano borate. The graphene and nano borate are adsorbed on the surface and/or interlayer of the layered silicate nanofiber. USE - The composite nanofiber is useful as thickening agent in lubricating grease (claimed), and for in-situ self-repairing of micro-damages on friction surface under extreme conditions of high and low temperature. ADVANTAGE - The method: forms a high-hardness friction surface repairing layer; realizes self-repairing of the abrasion surface; improves the friction performance of the lubricating grease; and utilizes composite nanofibers as thickening agent of grease to make grease have excellent high and low temperature physical and chemical properties, extreme pressure, long-term anti-friction and anti-wear properties in the environment of 70-260℃. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the composite nanofiber, comprising dispersing the layered silicate mineral, graphene and nano borate in water to obtain a dispersion, mixing the dispersion and emulsifying agent, emulsifying to obtain an emulsion, sequentially drying and heating the emulsion to obtain the finished product; a wide temperature range anti-wear self-repairing and lubricating grease, comprising base oil, thickening agent, and anti-wear and anti-friction agent, where the thickening agent is composite nanofiber, the anti-wear and anti-friction agent is a perfluoropolyether oil dispersion of nano microspheres, the nano microsphere has a core-shell structure, the core of the nano microsphere is polytetrafluoroethylene nanoparticles, and the shell of the nano-microsphere is an indium-tin alloy, where the mass ratio of indium tin alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene nanoparticles is 1:1-3, the mass ratio of the thickening agent and base oil is 10-30:100, and the mass ratio of the anti-wear and anti-friction agent, and base oil is 10-20:100; and preparing the wide temperature range anti-wear self-repairing and lubricating grease, comprising mixing base oil, thickening agent and anti-wear and anti-friction agent to obtain the finished product.
