NOVELTY - The system has a battery mounting frame (8) whose inner part is inserted with a battery pack. Two ends of the battery mounting frame is provided with two groups of radiating windows. The bottom end of an automobile battery pack shell frame (1) is fixedly connected with a refrigerating component (22). One end of a radiating pipeline (20) is fixedly connected with a connecting port block (24). The inner part of an external radiating wall towards the connecting port block is fixedly connected with a built-in fixing block. One end of a built-in radiating wall towards the external radiating wall is fixedly connected with a built-in fixing block with a cavity inside. One end of a bearing rubber is fixedly connected with two groups of injection rubber block made of rubber and rubber graphene. USE - Integrated temperature control system for an energy storage system of a vehicle i.e. intelligent electric car. Can also be used for a tramcar. ADVANTAGE - The system has a vehicle battery pack shell frame that is fixedly connected with a battery mounting frame, and thus enables improving the radiating effect of the battery pack, and also improving the tight connection of the water pipe water flow, connection port, prolonging the connection life of the two, avoiding water penetration.
