▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing doped graphene oxide and/or graphene, comprises providing at least one fluorine-containing compound, providing at least one nitrogen-containing compound, providing at least one graphene oxide and/or graphene and heating the fluorine-containing compound, the nitrogen-containing compound and the graphene oxide and/or graphene to 200-1800 degrees C. USE - The fluorine-, nitrogen- and sulfur-doped graphene oxide and/or graphene is useful to produce cathode catalyst layer for fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fuel cell and the cathode catalyst layer are resistant to running degradation mechanisms in fuel cells caused by carbon monoxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) fluorine-, nitrogen- and sulfur-doped graphene oxide and/or graphene produced by the above mentioned method, where the graphene oxide and/or graphene is at least one sulfur-doped graphene oxide; and (2) cathode catalyst layer for a fuel cell, produced by the above mentioned method.
