NOVELTY - A graphene sensitized-cadmium selenide-titanium dioxide nanocomposite film preparing method involves adding hydrofluoric acid to deionized water, anodizing pretreated titanium substrate on molybdenum electrodes, cooling furnace to room temperature, and depositing graphene quantum dots on titanium substrate sample surface by cyclic voltammetry to obtain nanocomposite film. Cadmium selenide quantum dots are deposited on nanocomposite film followed by calcining the nanocomposite film to room temperature to obtain graphene sensitized cadmium selenide-titanium dioxide nanocomposite film. USE - Method for preparing a graphene sensitized-cadmium selenide-titanium dioxide nanocomposite film.
