DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the cable comprising plasticizing mixture of ethylene acetic acid ethylene copolymer, graphene powder, lubricant, and antioxidant at 150-200 rpm; granulating the plasticized material at temperature 105-115 degrees C and 5-8 MPa, and cooling to room temperature; and dehydrating at 45-55 degrees C.
