▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The amplifier has a transmissive graphene optical isolator (3) provided with a first substrate. A first graphene film is located on a front surface of the first substrate or a back surface of the first substrate. A reflective graphene optical isolator is provided with a second substrate. A second graphene film is located on a front surface of the second substrate. Diameter of the first graphene film and the second graphene film is greater than diameter of an incident laser. A front surface of the second substrate is connected with a surface of a first beam expanding collimating device. USE - Graphene based main oscillation power amplifier. ADVANTAGE - The amplifier has ability of inhibiting small signal noise light and large power laser near loss-free, which can effectively ensure the laser power stability of the main oscillation power amplifier.
