NOVELTY - Graphene composite film comprises polyimide (PI) particles and graphene materials. The PI particles and sheet edge of graphene material are connected by a chemical bond to form a connected thermal conduction path. USE - Graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite film is prepared by the method that not only improves the crystallinity of the graphene composite film, but also can connect the PI particles and the edge of the sheet layer of the graphene material through chemical bonds to form a connected thermal conduction path, that results in improving the thermal conductivity of the graphene composite slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite film, which involves mixing the PI fine particle dispersion with the graphene material dispersion uniformly to obtain a graphene composite slurry; performing film-forming treatment of graphene composite slurry to obtain a composite film intermediate; and graphitizing the composite film intermediate to obtain graphene composite film.
