NOVELTY - High temperature resistant flame-retardant polylactic acid composite material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 8-16 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, 5-14 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 8-14 pts. wt. glass fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 1-5 pts. wt. silica sol, 10-18 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. attapulgite clays, 1-5 pts. wt. diaminodiphenylmethane tetraglycidylamine, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, where specific surface area of the graphene nanosheet reaches 80-100 m2/g and is treated with diaminodiphenylmethane tetraglycidylamine. USE - High temperature resistant flame-retardant polylactic acid composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant flame-retardant polylactic acid composite material has excellent flame resistance, good toughness, good high temperature resistance, and has high comprehensive mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-temperature resistant flame-retardant polylactic acid composite material, which involves: (A) placing graphene nanosheets in a DMF solvent together with diaminodiphenylmethane tetraglycidylamine, mechanically agitating for 1-3 hours at rotation speed of 500-1500 rpm, uniformly mixing, and placing in a drying oven at a temperature control drying at 45-55 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain surface modified graphene nanosheets; (B) mixing the surface-modified graphene nanosheet with the polylactic acid particles uniformly and grinding in a three-roll mill for 20-30 minutes to obtain a polylactic acid graphene mixture; and (C) mixing the polylactic acid graphene mixture with chitosan, calcined kaolin, silane coupling agent, silica sol, expanded graphite, attapulgite, and diaminodiphenylmethane tetraglycidylamine according to the above ratio in high mixing, mixing for 10-30 minutes, mixing uniformly, adding into the hopper of the twin-screw extruder, adding carbon fiber and glass fiber at a certain ratio from the fiber-adding port of the twin-screw extruder, melt-blending and extruding to extrude the mixture, cooling material, blow-drying pellet to obtain final product.
