▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide solution is provided, and thin metal film is formed on a glass substrate. The graphene oxide solution is coated on the metal film, and then dried. The graphene oxide is reduced as primary reducing agent, to obtain reduced graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is reduced with secondary reducing agent, and heat-treated under inert atmosphere, to obtain reduction layer. The transparent film layer is compressed on obtained reduction layer, and metal film is etched using etchant, to obain graphene transparent electrode. USE - Manufacture of graphene transparent electrode used for transparent conductive film, solar cell, radiator, electromagnetic wave blocker, anti static coating and sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene transparent electrode is efficiently manufactured with excellent conductivity.
