▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transferring laser-induced graphene (LIG) from a polyimide sheet to a flexible transparent plastic lamination film to enable reuse of the polyimide sheet, comprises: contacting the LIG surface of the polyimide sheet with the flexible transparent plastic lamination film; and then applying heat at 30-90 degrees C along with a pressure of 19-24 Pa for 10-20 seconds. USE - The method is useful for transferring LIG from polyimide sheet to flexible transparent plastic lamination film to enable reuse of the polyimide sheet, where the method is used in the field of electronics, preferably flexible electronics e.g. touch pads, level indicators, gas sensors, and smart assistance systems for physically challenged and elderly people. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a fast and easy way to transfer obtained graphene traces on to a transparent sheet while enabling reuse of the polyamide sheet for generation of graphene on the same spot; does not require post-treatment; is economical and scalable; and allows for easy loading of LIG from the polyimide sheets to the lamination sheets. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows the method of transferring laser-induced graphene from polyimide sheet onto flexible transparent plastic lamination film.
