▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sulphide based solid electrolyte has two layers of an electrolyte (101) and one metal sheet (102). The metal sheet and the two layers of the electrolyte are arranged in an alternate multilayer arrangement. The solid electrolyte has density in the range of 1.5-2.0 g/cm3. The metal sheet is a porous stainless-steel sheet having pore size in the range of 0.08-0.12 mm. USE - Sulphide based solid electrolyte in form of pellets or sheets for solid state battery (all claimed) for use in electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The solid electrolyte has improved density, occupancy and ionic conductivity such that the better performance can be eventually provided. The solid electrolyte pellet has increased density in the range of 1.5-2.0 g/cm3 which in turn significantly improves the occupancy in the range of 85.0-95.0%. The porous metal sheet acts as a support and the pores assists the compaction of the electrolyte to result in denser solid electrolyte pellets. The solid-state battery has discharge capacity in the range of 1700-1900mAh/g at a discharge rate of 1/30C with a capacity retention in the range of 90-95% at discharge rate of 0.03C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a solid state battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view of the solid electrolyte.
