NOVELTY - Multi-layer composite pipe comprises an intermediate layer and a first plastic layer, where the intermediate layer covers the outer surface of the first plastic layer. USE - The multi-layer composite pipe is used for thermal management system of energy vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer composite pipe has excellent high and low temperature resistance, impact resistance and antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing the multilayer composite pipe, which involves (i) preparing modified nano-silica and graphene oxide, (ii) performing UV radiation on the polyethylene surface to obtain modified polyethylene, (iii) filling modified nano-silica and graphene oxide with modified polyethylene, and performing secondary modification to obtain secondary modified polyethylene, (iv) performing blending modification of secondary modified polyethylene, maleic anhydride grafted low-density polyethylene, and polyamide to obtain first plastic layer raw material, (v) repeating the above steps to obtain the second plastic layer raw material, (vi) filling glass fiber, maleic anhydride grafted low-density polyethylene, oxidized polyethylene wax with modified polylaurolactam to prepare the intermediate layer raw material, and (vii) taking the first plastic layer raw material, the second plastic layer raw material, the intermediate layer raw material and natural rubber and polyamide hot melt adhesive, performing co-extrusion, steam heating, molding, cooling, secondary processing and molding to obtain the multilayer composite pipe.
