NOVELTY - The composite film has a ruthenium complex module arranged on a surface of a HOPG substrate, where surface of the complex module is provided with pyrene by action of non-covalent key. A pyrene base and graphene pielectron environment is associated with a net-shaped structure by interaction. A graphene stone is fixed on a ruthenium complex monolayer film, where the symmetrical character of the ruthenium complex monolayer film is determined based on chemistry general formula. USE - Ruthenium complex/graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has controllable thickness and better stability.
