NOVELTY - A button type supercapacitor using graphene as substrate is prepared by preparing positive and negative shell of button type supercapacitor, mixing activated carbon with conductive carbon black, adding PTFE emulsion, stirring, rolling using roll machine to bulk material, crushing and granulating, heat pressing into electrode sheet, processing into punching mechanism to needed size, mixing polyvinylidene fluoride into N-methyl pyrrolidone, stirring to dissolve, adding graphite, carbon nanotube, continuously stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing. USE - Method for preparing button type supercapacitor using graphene as substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The supercapacitor reduces resistance, and improves stability and capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A button type supercapacitor using graphene as substrate is prepared by preparing positive and negative shell of button type supercapacitor, mixing activated carbon with conductive carbon black, adding PTFE emulsion, stirring, rolling using roll machine to bulk material, crushing and granulating, heat pressing into electrode sheet, processing into punching mechanism to needed size, mixing polyvinylidene fluoride into N-methyl pyrrolidone, stirring to dissolve, adding graphite, carbon nanotube, continuously stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, starting strong stirring to promote uniform dispersion to obtain graphene substrate slurry, coating on positive and negative shell of button type supercapacitor, drying into oven at 100-300 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, placing on hot press at 200-350 degrees C for 30-120 seconds at pressure of 1-10 kg, filling with electrolyte, and assembling.
