▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Amphiphilic graphene oxide comprises modified graphene oxide and titanium dioxide grafted together by 3-isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane, where the modified graphene oxide includes graphene oxide and 3-isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane. USE - The amphiphilic graphene oxide is useful in aqueous coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amphiphilic graphene oxide: improves the dispersibility and corrosion resistance of aqueous coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing amphiphilic graphene oxide comprising (1) mixing 3-isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane and graphene oxide together in a closed container to prevent air from entering, ultrasonicating, adding organic solvent to obtain a mixture, (2) stirring the mixture obtained in step (1) under heating in an oil bath, centrifuging to remove the supernatant, washing away the residue in the obtained solid product, freeze-drying in liquid nitrogen to obtain modified graphene oxide (3) making the modified graphene oxide into alcohol solution, dropwise adding aqueous solution of nano titanium oxide to the alcohol solution of the modified graphene oxide, stirring under heating in an oil bath and (4) centrifuging to remove the supernatant, washing away the residue in the obtained solid product and freeze drying the solid product to obtain amphiphilic graphene oxide; and (2) preparing an aqueous coating material comprising adding amphiphilic graphene oxide to an aqueous epoxy resin coating, adding curing agent and an auxiliary agent to obtain an aqueous coating.
