▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a sample plate. An EPS water solution and a buffer solution are prepared. The pH value of the EPS water solution is adjusted equal to the pH value of the selected buffer solution. An APS-GO sensor is constructed. A binding constant is measured by the APS-GO sensor and the EPS combined experiment. A chlorella EPS affinity constant is obtained using a BLI molecular interaction instrument platform of data analysis software 9.0 to analyze the data. USE - Method for measuring affinity of graphene oxide to chlorella extracellular polymer by using biological film layer interference. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes biological film layer interference technology to realize the measurement of the chlorella EPS affinity constant within 30 minutes with high accuracy. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a method for measuring affinity of graphene oxide to chlorella extracellular polymer by using biological film layer interference (Drawing includes non-English language text).
